How many more need to be raped or killed until Europe stands up against the tyranny of globalist Merkel and Soros?
“We have zero tolerance against criminal asylum seekers who abuse the rights while being guests. In view of what these criminals have done to the girl, the full severity of the law is demanded,” Mayor Peter Eisenschenk said in a town hall meeting, as reported by Heute News.
An Austrian town has put a temporary ban on refugees after an alleged rape of a 15-year-old girl.
The girl was walking home alone April 25 when three men attacked her. The local prosecutor in Tulln, a town of about 15,000 people, ordered 59 male asylum seekers to submit DNA samples after the victims’ testimony.
An Afghan and a Somali citizen have since been arrested. A third suspect remains on the run.
Peter Eisenschenk, Tulln’s mayor, informed the regional government Tuesday that the town will not accept any refugees for the time being, newspaper Heute reports. DailyWire
Before President Trump delivered his first big international speech, an address in Saudi Arabia to dozens of Arab leaders, reports swirled that he would not utter the words “radical Islamic terror.”
Of course he said the words — repeatedly — and much more. He lectured the Saudis on human rights, including the nation’s long repression of women. And most of all, he laid out — in simple black and white terms — the real battle that is has been raging for two decades.
“This is not a battle between different faiths, different sects, or different civilizations,” Trump told some 50 Muslim leaders gathered in an ornate conference center in Riyadh. “This is a battle between barbaric criminals who seek to obliterate human life, and decent people of all religions who seek to protect it. This is a battle between good and evil.”
And Trump said the Muslim world has an obligation — even a moral imperative — to squelch terror emanating from the Muslim faith. “Every time a terrorist murders an innocent person, and falsely invokes the name of God, it should be an insult to every person of faith,” Trump said. “That means honestly confronting the crisis of Islamist extremism and the Islamist terror groups it inspires.”
And Trump appeared to give the Muslim leaders a direct order about the terrorists who declare their Muslim faith demands they kill infidels.
“Drive them out!” Trump said. “Drive them out of your places of worship, drive them out of your communities, drive them out of your Holy Land, and drive them out of this Earth!”
President Trump on Saturday signed a $110 billion arms deal between the U.S. and Saudi Arabia.
The arms transaction is intended to bolster national security in Saudi Arabia as well as the country’s ability to combat terrorism. The White House says the agreement will provide fighter jets, tanks, radar, combat ships and anti-missile defense systems to Saudi Arabia and will create defense-related jobs in the U.S.
The defense cooperation agreements signed Saturday offer the Saudis $110 billion immediately, and ultimately worth $350 billion over the next decade. WashingtonExaminer
The agreement will provide fighter jets, tanks, combat ships and anti-missile defense systems and create defense-sector jobs in the U.S., according to the White House. The deal includes additional private-sector agreements and a joint vision statement with Saudi Arabia, one of the world’s largest oil producers.
“That was a tremendous day,” Mr. Trump told reporters. “Tremendous investments in the United States.”
“Hundreds of billions of dollars of investments into the United States and jobs, jobs, jobs.” he continued.
The agreement signals a strengthening relationship between the U.S. and Saudi Arabia and distances the U.S. from Iran, Saudi Arabia’s adversary. KtVA
Some graduates staged a walk out. Some of their fellow students booed them as they walked out.
Vice President Mike Pence blasted the “noxious” tide of left-wing intolerance sweeping college campuses during his Notre Dame commencement speech Sunday, calling it “the suppression of freedom of speech” and “wholly outside the American tradition.”
Pence praised Notre Dame for welcoming deliberation and allowing visiting speakers, no matter how unpopular, to be allowed to speak their minds in the open. He ripped new campus phenomena like “speech codes” and “safe zones.”
“But Notre Dame is an exception, an island in a sea of conformity so far spared from the noxious wave that seems to be rushing over much of academia,” he said. “While this institution has maintained an atmosphere of civility and open debate, far too many campuses across America have become characterized by speech codes, safe zones, tone policing, administration-sanctioned political correctness, all of which amounts to nothing less than suppression of the freedom of speech.” FreeBeacon

50-100 graduates and family members walked out as Vice President Mike Pence began his address at Notre Dame’s commencement ceremony.
Pence’s remarks began as students walked out, but he did not address the elephant leaving the room — instead addressing religious liberty, President Donald Trump’s Sunday morning speech in Saudi Arabia and encouraging leadership in broad strokes terms. NBCNews
Audiovisual analysis of footage recorded at the Turkish embassy on Tuesday sheds light on the verbal commands given by Turkey’s president prior to his bodyguards’ attack on a group of Kurdish protesters.
A professional sound editor named Salih Ferad conducted the analysis on behalf of The Daily Caller.
Using noise reduction and volume enhancement techniques, Ferad determined that Turkish president Recep Tayyip Erdogan’s security detail shouted out the phrases “he says attack” and “come, come, come” as they charged the protesters.
The battle cries came just after Erdogan appeared to relay orders to his personal bodyguard while sitting in the back of a black Mercedes Benz outside of the embassy. DailyCaller

How does this happen? No one did a background check.
City officials in Texas temporarily removed a municipal judge from the bench Wednesday after learning that she never received U.S. citizenship after becoming a legal permanent resident in 2007.
When the city council discovered that her original application to the bench didn’t indicate whether or not she was a citizen, they placed Young Min Burkett, a judge in Corpus Christi, Texas, on unpaid leave.
Despite a city ordinance that requires municipal judges to be U.S. citizens, the South Korea native originally took her job because there wasn’t a question about citizenship status on her application for appointment, the Corpus Christi Caller-Times reported. Instead, the application only asked whether the candidate was eligible for legal employment in the state, according to City Councilman Rudy Garza Jr.
“The error was a city error and we don’t feel Judge Burkett was insincere or did anything in her application or interview that led to any dishonesty on her part,” Garza said Wednesday. DailyCaller
Countries should be forced to take back their citizens or lose Visas and US aid.
Between cajoling, threats and actual punishments, Homeland Security has managed to drastically cut the number of countries that habitually refuse to take back immigrants whom the U.S. is trying to deport, officials said Tuesday, notching an early immigration success for President Trump.
The number of recalcitrant countries has dropped from 20 to 12 over the months since the presidential election, and some longtime offenders — including Iraq and Somalia — have earned their way off the naughty list. The list of countries is the shortest this decade.
U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement officials couldn’t immediately say how many people have been deported because of the changes, but Somalia has taken back 259 just seven months into the fiscal year. That is far more than the 198 it took back in all of 2016 and the 17 it took in 2015.
Marlen Pineiro, assistant director for removal operations at ICE, said the efforts began under the Obama administration but that Mr. Trump has created a determined focus at the Homeland Security and State departments, which are both involved in speeding up deportations.
“The wind being at our wings is really driving us forward,” she said. In many cases, that means criminals who otherwise would have been released onto the streets are now being sent to their home countries…
Still on the naughty list are Cuba and China — the two biggest offenders over the years. As of last year, the U.S. was trying to deport some 35,000 Cubans with criminal records. The number of criminal migrants awaiting deportation to China stood at 1,900. WashingtonTimes
Mob vs 1 man trapped in his car. The UN official implies the mob was the victim not the man that could have been killed by them.
A resident of Samaria who was attacked by an Arab lynch mob on his way home from grocery shopping was forced to open fire to defend himself Thursday, killing one of his attackers and wounding another.
The man, a social worker and father of eight from the town of Itamar in Samaria, was on his way home from the Rami Levy supermarket in Shaar Binyamin, when he found himself under attack by an angry mob of some 200 Arabs. INN
On Friday, the IDF and Shin Bet (Israel Internal Security) arrested the driver who used his ambulance to cut off the escape of a Jew being attacked by an angry mob of Arabs in Huwara. The Jew was forced to exit his car and open fire, killing one attacker and injuring an Associated Press reporter.
Arabs were rioting in Huwara near Nablus (Shechem) for three days. On Thursday, a Jew travelling in a car on Route 60, a major thoroughfare that passes through Huwara, was surrounded by a mob of about 200 Arabs. A Red Crescent Ambulance drove in front of his car, preventing the Jewish motorist from escaping. Approximately 20 Arabs attacked the car, smashing the front and rear windshields and causing serious damage to the vehicle. The driver exited his car and shot one attacker, killing him, and wounding a reporter who was in the crowd.
Overnight Thursday, Israeli security forces arrested at least two of the suspected attackers and impounded a bus believed to have transported rioters to the scene. The ambulance used to aid the attack was also impounded. BreakingNewsIsrael
Nickolay Mladenov, the United Nations Special Coordinator for the Middle East Peace Process.
Immigration and Customs Enforcement announced Wednesday that it has arrested more than 400 individuals per day since President Trump signed executive orders calling for tougher immigration policies.
Between Jan. 22 and April 29, the immigration enforcement agency arrested 41,318 individuals on civil immigration charges, 75 percent of whom were convicted criminals, after Trump signed immigration-related executive orders in January. That number represents a 37.6 percent increase from the same period in 2016.
“These statistics reflect President Trump’s commitment to enforce our immigration laws fairly and across the board,” ICE Acting Director Thomas Homan said in a statement. “ICE agents and officers have been given clear direction to focus on threats to public safety and national security, which has resulted in a substantial increase in the arrest of convicted criminal aliens.”
ICE arrested 30,473 convicted criminal aliens this year, a 20 percent jump from the 25,786 arrested last year. Noncriminal arrests increased from 4,200 in 2016 to 10,800 in 2017. FreeBeacon
The Justice Department announced Wednesday that a law enforcement task force has taken out MS-13 leadership in Los Angeles.
The task force, which included state, local, and federal law enforcement agencies, arrested 21 members and associates of MS-13 Wednesday. The DOJ has brought RICO charges against 44 individuals in LA.
“This case has targeted the leadership and most violent actors of the MS-13 street gang in Los Angeles, as well as MS-13’s links to the Mexican Mafia,” Deirdre Fike, the assistant director of the FBI’s Los Angeles field office, said in a statement. “This operation will have a significant impact on this violent gang and their overall ability to maintain control over law-abiding citizens.”
The 127-page indictment revealed that there are over ten thousand MS-13 members in the US, and that the LA gang is of particular importance. “MS-13 members in Los Angeles are sometimes called upon to provide input in other parts of the country,” the indictment said. DailyCaller
The ruling is a strict constructionist view of law.
The West Virginia Supreme Court has ruled that laws against discrimination on the basis of a person’s sex do not include “sexual orientation.”
The 3-2 decision upholds an originalist view of legislation whereby the judicial system interprets the intent of law and does not legislate from the bench.
Chief Justice Allen H. Loughry II delivered the ruling Saturday, which determined that “where the language of a statute is clear and without ambiguity, the plain meaning is to be accepted.” The ruling takes a strict constructionist view of law, which strikes at the heart of attempts to expand old laws to create a special class of “hate crimes.”
At issue was a 1987 state civil rights law (WV Code 61-6-21b) that prohibited discrimination on the basis of various characteristics, including “sex.”..
In the end, the state Supreme Court affirmed a circuit court’s ruling that the 1987 anti-discrimination law was “unambiguous.” Noting that sex and sexual orientation have quite different meanings, the court verified that justices are “bound to apply the law as it stands” and “cannot expand the word ‘sex’ to include ‘sexual orientation’ within West Virginia Code § 61-6-21(b).”…
This West Virginia ruling is the exact opposite of a Chicago appeals court ruling on April 4 that Title VII of the 1964 Civil Rights Act, which bans discrimination on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, and national origin, also covers homosexuality.
Two of the three women on the five-member West Virginia Supreme Court, Justices Robin Jean Davis and Margaret L. Workman, dissented. Their written dissent extensively quoted the Chicago appellate court’s redefining of “sex” not as one’s binary gender but as including expected gender roles versus homosexual activity. LifeSiteNews
