Hussam Ayloush (CAIR) Shows His True Colors After Trump Election

CAIR Leader: Overthrow the U.S. Government
by Daniel Pipes

Hussam Ayloush, CAIR’s director of CAIR’s Los Angeles office, is a man who poses as a human rights and civil rights activist. He is anything but.

The Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) successfully presents itself to the media as a benign civil rights organization, comparable to the NAACP or the ADL, a description that conservatives ineffectively rail against. In this light, perhaps a tweet sent out just after midnight EST on Nov. 9 by Hussam Ayloush, long-time head of CAIR’s Los Angeles office, will help awaken the press to CAIR’s true Islamist identity. Ayloush wrote:

Ok, repeat after me:
Al-Shaab yureed isqat al-nizaam.
(Arab Spring chant)

That second line is Arabic (“الشعب يريد إسقاط النظام‎‎”) for “The people wants to bring down the regime.”

In other words, Ayloush unambiguously and directly called for the overthrow of the U.S. government.

Comments: (1) Ayloush may be the most vicious of the CAIR leaders. So far as I know, for example, he’s the only one of them to bandy about the term “Zionazi,” as evidenced in his e-mail below, dated March 18, 2002.

(2) Ayloush is not a marginal figure but someone with access to the heights of American power, including the White House. According to an Investigative Project on Terrorism analysis in 2012, he

was a delegate to the 2012 Democratic National Convention in Charlotte, N.C. [and] … attended at least two White House meetings. The logs show Ayloush met with Paul Monteiro, associate director of the White House Office of Public Engagement on July 8, 2011 and Amanda Brown, assistant to the White House director of political affairs Patrick Gaspard, on June 6, 2009. According to reliable sources, Monteiro was White House liaison for secret contacts with CAIR, especially with Ayloush.

Further, “IPT has learned that the White House logs curiously have omitted Ayloush’s three meetings with two other senior White House officials.”

(3) The dawning of Donald Trump’s victory was apparently a trying moment for Ayloush, so he let loose with an emotion he’d normally have kept under wraps. In other words, he offered a rare, candid insight into the mind of one CAIR apparatchik.

(4) According to 18 U.S. Code § 2385, “Advocating overthrow of Government”:

Whoever knowingly or willfully advocates, abets, advises, or teaches the duty, necessity, desirability, or propriety of overthrowing or destroying the government of the United States … Shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than twenty years, or both.

CAIR To Donald Trump: The Constitution Says Government Can’t Study Or Criticize Radical Islam

Donald Trump Youngstown Speech:  That is why one of my first acts as President will be to establish a Commission on Radical Islam – which will include reformist voices in the Muslim community who will hopefully work with us. We want to build bridges and erase divisions.

The goal of the commission will be to identify and explain to the American public the core convictions and beliefs of Radical Islam, to identify the warning signs of radicalization, and to expose the networks in our society that support radicalization.… [and] we will pursue aggressive criminal or immigration charges against anyone who lends material support to terrorism.

CAIR-terrorist-organizationCAIR claims to be an organization pushing peaceful relations between Muslims and Americans.  CAIR’s reaction to Donald Trump’s plan to help American’s understand radical Islam is interesting.

Trump’s proposal for a ‘commission’ that would identify for Americans the tenets of ‘radical Islam’ crosses the line into government interference in religious beliefs. Will a Trump administration entangle itself in interpretation of [Islamic] religious principles? Who will Trump appoint to decide what constitutes ‘radical Islam’? His current stable of Islamophobic [sic] advisers indicates that this commission would be packed with anti-Muslim bigots.

This government promotion of a state version of a particular religion would violate the First Amendment and put America on a path to a society in which those in power get to choose which beliefs are ‘correct’ and which are ‘incorrect.’

There is evidence that CAIR is a tied to the terror group Hamas.  It has been CAIR has been declared a terrorist organization by the United Arab Emirates.  CAIR is using our constitution against us.  What is CAIR trying to hide?

Growing Ties Between Islamist And Militant Black Rights Groups

As the FBI and local authorities launched an investigation [Micah Johnson shooting of Dallas police officers], their focus was expected to probe militant black rights groups set up in Dallas. Anti-police groups include the New Black Panther Party and Huey P. Newton Gun Club, named after the founder of the 1960s activist Black Panther Party.

The Huey P. Newton Gun Club includes a coalition of BARC (Blacks Against Racist Cops) and other African-American groups, who agitate against police brutality. The group attended the Nation of Islam’s Muhammad mosque in Dallas in April to monitor protests by an anti-Islamic group, the Bureau of American Islamic Relations. Both sides were armed, and moved on by police…The Austrian

Once the dust settled, last week’s [March 2016] protest of a Donald Trump rally in Chicago demonstrated a growing nexus between Islamist groups in the United States and the radical leftist “Black Lives Matter” movement.

This rhetoric of unity between these movements was clearly on display at the 2015 joint conference of the 2015 Muslim American Society (MAS) and the Islamic Circle of North America (ICNA). MAS was described by federal prosecutors as the “ overt arm” of the U.S. Muslim Brotherhood, and ICNA is recognized as the front for the Pakistani Islamist group Jamaat-e-Islami (JeI) founded by one of the foremost thinkers on modern Jihad, Syed Abul A’la Maududi.

At the event, MAS leader Khalilah Sabra openly discussed the importance of Muslim support for Black Lives Matter, and urged “revolution.” Comparing the situation in the United States to the Muslim Brotherhood-led Arab Spring revolutions, she asked, “We are the community that staged a revolution across the world; if we can do that, why can’t we have that revolution in America?”  TownHall

Reporting on this merging “revolutionary” alliance goes back as far as the first outbreak of disorder in Ferguson. Few may recall the attendance at Michael Brown’s funeral of CAIR executive director Nihad Awad. Awad was identified in federal court as a member of the Palestine Committee, a covert group of Muslim Brothers dedicated to supporting Hamas in the United States.

CAIR joined other groups named by federal law enforcement as Muslim Brotherhood organizations and lined up behind the Ferguson protests. TownHall

BDS Endorsement

Patrisse Cullors is one of the founders of Black Lives Matter group.  Patrisse Cullors and BYP 100 (Black Youth Project) went with a Dream Defenders (founded by Palestinian Ahmad Abuznaid) delegation to Israel last year to listen to and see what was happening to Palestinians “specifically around the occupation“.

The group held a solidarity demonstration in Nazareth, Israel as a call for support of the Boycott, Divestment, and Sanctions (BDS) campaign.  The trip was organized by the Institute for Middle East Understanding an organization that describes the entire territory from the Mediterranean Sea to the River Jordan as governed by Israeli “apartheid.”

There is, however, no rational connection between the challenge of racism in America and the situation facing the Palestinians… Israel’s relations with the Palestinians are of a completely different characterADL

Long Development

While this linkage of Islamist front groups to radical racial politics may seem a relatively new development, the reality is it has been the result of a nearly four decade long effort by Islamist groups. A major thinker on this effort was a Pakistani immigrant and ICNA leader named Shamim A. Siddiqui, who knew JeI founder Maududi personally. Siddiqui wrote his work, Methodology of Dawah Il Allah in American Perspective in 1989…

Siddiqui focused not solely on religious proselytizing, but on the promotion of Islam as a political system. Siddiqui spends much of Methodology of Dawahdiscussing the efforts being made at recruiting and indoctrinating African Americans, and complained that the “revolutionary” aspect of Islam (his words) was being ignored by those working to convert the African American community.

Ultimately, Siddiqui believed that the Dawah mission depends on merging the grassroots intensity of radicalized African American Muslim communities—like those led by Jamil Abdullah Amin—with the doctrinal and more sophisticated Muslim Brotherhood-led immigrant communities. Siddiqui writes:

“This again, will not be possible without bringing both the immigrant and Afro-American Muslim communities of America on to one platform. The resources of one and the political awakening of the other, when combined together with the Islamic Movement of America, will be able to play miracles…There will be no dearth of resources, both of men and material, at that time. Only the Islamic Movement of America can get this job accomplished.”

Methodology of Dawah remains an important training (tarbiyah) text in use by U.S. Islamist groups, including MAS-ICNA.  TownHall

Pro-Terror CAIR Responds To Pulse Massacre By Ejecting Reporter From Press Conference

CAIR asked a Breitbart reporter to leave and asked an aide to “call the police” before its public press conference started about the Islamic terrorist attack at the Pulse gay nightclub in Orlando, Florida.   CAIR must have anticipated being asked questions it did not want to answer as this is the second time the Breitbart reporter has been asked to leave a CAIR press conference.

CAIR the group a FBI Special Agent labeled as “a front group for Hamas” and the United Arab Emirates officially designated as a terrorist organization.

The most prominent advocacy group for orthodox radical Islam in the United States threatened Friday to have a Breitbart reporter arrested if he did not leave its soon-to-start public press conference about the bloody Pulse massacre of at least 50 gay Americans by an American Muslim.

Breitbart had gone to CAIR’s Pulse press conference to ask what steps Islamic groups are taking to distance American Muslims from orthodox Islamic scripture which frequently and clearly urge the expulsion, humiliation and the murder of homosexuals.

The press conference was to be held Friday at 5 pm by the Council for American-Islamic Relations at their Capitol Hill headquarters.

CAIR has been declared a terrorist organization by the United Arab Emirates and was named by federal prosecutors as an unindicted co-conspirator in a Hamas-funding operation.

But before the event began, CAIR spokesman Ibrahim Hooper told the Breitbart reporter to leave. When the Breitbart reporter asked for an explanation, Hooper told an aide to ‘Call the police.’ ‘We have a person in our building that we asked to leave, and they’re not leaving,’ the deputy said into his phone.

Breitbart respects property rights, and left without bother.  The ejection is not a surprise. This is the second time this reporter has been kept out of a CAIR press conference, and the second time he has been told to leave CAIR’s headquarters.

Breitbart has frequently noted that the CAIR group is so closely entwined with Islamists and with jihadis that court documents and news reports show that at least five of its people — either board members, employees or former employees — have been jailed or repatriated for various financial and terror-related offenses. Breitbart

FBI Chart and Documents Portray CAIR And Hamas-Related

A FBI chart and documents depicting connections between the Council on American Islamic Relations (CAIR) and the Palestinian terrorist group Hamas were obtained by Investigative Project on Terrorism (IPT) via a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request.

This FBI chart details the Hamas-related groups, which included CAIR, that were created to ultimately support the Palestinian terrorist organization. It also established Nabil Sadoun’s (former CAIR national board of directors member and vice chairman) connections to Hamas.

The IPT also obtained groundbreaking new Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) documents that trail CAIR back to its roots as a subversive Hamas-related group.

In 2007, CAIR was named as an unindicted co-conspirator in the Holy Land Foundation (HLF) trial, a Hamas financing case that would result in the FBI ceasing its working relationship with CAIR. The HLF trial was the largest terror-financing case in American history. In 2008, during a retrial of the HLF case, an FBI Special Agent labeled CAIR as “a front group for Hamas” during her trial testimony. In 2010, a federal judge reiterated that his court had “ample evidence” that CAIR was involved in “a conspiracy to support Hamas.” CAIR, which relies upon millions of dollars in Saudi cash, was recently listed by the United Arab Emirates (UAE) as a terrorist organization.

The group, which fashions itself as a civil rights voice for American Muslims, was founded by members of the Palestine Committee (PALCOM), an organization “established to support Hamas,” according to the chart. Nihad Awad, currently CAIR’s executive director, was previously an official at PALCOM. BreitBart

Ben Carson Calls On The Internal Revenue Service To Revoke CAIRs Tax-exempt Status

Ben Carson
Ben Carson

Ben Carson stated on NBC’s Meet the Press Sunday that he would not support a person adhering to the Muslim faith to be President of the United States.

“I would not advocate that we put a Muslim in charge of this nation. I absolutely would not agree with that.”

“If it’s inconsistent with the values and principles of America, then of course it should matter,” he clarified.

The head of CAIR, Nihad Awad, called on Carson to drop out of the 2016 presidential race during a Capitol Hill press conference declaring him unfit to lead because his views are in contradiction with the United States Constitution.

Carson’s campaign has charged that Awad engaged in illegal electioneering by advocating against a candidate, which violates IRS rules for tax-exempt nonprofits.

The Council on Islamic-American Relations (CAIR), a U.S. Muslim group, recently demanded that I withdraw as candidate for the 2016 presidential race. By doing so, the organization has brazenly violated IRS rules prohibiting tax-exempt nonprofits like CAIR to intervene in a political campaign on behalf of—or in opposition to—a candidate.

This is not the first time that CAIR has disrespected U.S. laws or America. It has previously lost its tax-exempt status by failing to file federal taxes three years in a row. It had also been named by federal prosecutors as an unindicted co-conspirator in a criminal conspiracy to funnel money to Hamas, a terrorist organization.

The IRS should immediately revoke CAIR’s tax-exempt status. Under the Obama administration, the IRS has systematically targeted conservative nonprofit groups for politically motivated audits and harassment. The agency should now properly do its job and punish the real violators of America’s laws and regulations.

Carson’s statement includes a petition asking supporters “to demand that the IRS revoke CAIR’s nonprofit tax-exempt status.”

Oklahoma Elementary School Invites CAIR To Conduct Teacher “Diversity Training”

Separation of church and state?

OklahomaflagCAIR is a terrorist organization which does not belong anywhere near an elementary school. The UAE designated CAIR as a  terrorist organization.   Steven Pomerantz, FBI’s former chief of counterterrorism, concludes that “CAIR, its leaders and its activities effectively give aid to international terrorist groups.”

The name Sequoyah is synonymous with education and progress. Sequoyah, the great legendary Cherokee figure, worked towards these goals and preserved his native language by creating the first Cherokee alphabet, eventually propelling it to be the strongest surviving indigenous American language. In the spirit of his name, the Sequoyah Elementary School also takes great strides towards education and progress. In working to make a more open and accepting environment for its students, the school is creating a more productive learning environment.

On Tuesday morning, upon invitation by school officials, Adam Soltani and Veronica Laizure of the Council on American Islamic Relations Oklahoma Chapter held a diversity-training program for the school’s educational staff. In this diversity-training program, the two CAIR officials made presentations outlining some of the basics of the Islamic faith and the challenges faced by Muslim Students, and they answered questions in an environment which was truly open and inviting. CAIR Oklahoma

2 Groups UAE Designated As Terrorist Organizations In USA

cairThe United Arab Emirates officially designated as terrorist organizations two groups based in the U.S., CAIR and the Muslim American Society.  The main reason for their existence is to change all countries into an Islamic State.  CAIR is extremely litigiousness.

The United Arab Emirates has officially designated 83 groups as terrorist organizations, including two based in the U.S., the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) and the Muslim American Society.

UAE’s cabinet made the announcement following a meeting on Saturday.

Other groups designated as terrorists include al-Qaida, al Nusra, Boko Haram and the Muslim Brotherhood.

CAIR’s designation is interesting given its high profile here in the U.S.

The group was named an unindicted co-conspirator in the Holy Land Foundation case in 2007. Leaders of the Holy Land Foundation were found guilty of aiding Hamas, which the U.S. has designated as a terrorist organization.

Muslim group sues Canadian prime minister for Libel

Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper
Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper

A Canadian Muslim group, The National Council of Canadian Muslims(NCCM) is suing Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper for defamation, alleging his spokesman linked the group to terrorism in January.

It all begin in January after the NCCM asked the Canadian Prime Minister’s office to exclude Rabbi Daniel Korobkin in the official delegation that accompanied Harper to Israel.  Rabbi Daniel Korobkin had hosted anti-Muslim bloggers Pamela Geller and Robert Spencer at an event in Toronto.

The prime minister’s communications director, Jason MacDonald, responded to the NCCM saying:

“We will not take seriously criticism from an organization with documented ties to a terrorist organization such as Hamas.”
